Wheat flour mixing with cocoa
One of our customers is a Governmental Metrology lab, providing a service of standardizing the mixing quality of food powder. For one of their applications, they wanted to mix wheat flour with cocoa powder in a most uniform manner so as to set a benchmark for manufacturers. We offered our Alphie 75 machine, with containers of 20, 40 and 60 L capacity. This enabled the customer to take trials with different volumes, as per their choice. The Alphie machine was supplied with an automatic container loading unit and HMI/PLC based control panel. The machine was further configured to suit client requirements for power supply, safety and user friendliness.
