Typical applications

VS design
For special customer requirement mixing heavy powder, we offer design where the mixing container is driven by shafts coming from bottom to up. Against the overhung (Cantilever) kind of shaft construction, this design offers solid rigidity without compromising on Mixing Uniformity. For big capacity mixers, they need smaller floor area compared to conventional design. The mixing results are identical with advantage of more mechanical rigidity.
Mixing in controlled atmosphere using glove box/isolator (+ve or -ve pressure)
Blending hazardous and potent substances is a major operational concern for chemical and pharmaceutical plants. We have an extensive experience in supplying Alphie Mixer for use within isolators/glove boxes. Online liquid dosing while mixing
For applications demanding to make dough kind of material during mixing needs liquid dosing in the mixing bowl during mixing. That is, liquid in particular flow rate and time interval has to be injected in the mixing chamber, so it gets blended with powder evenly. The liquid can be simply allowed to fall drop by drop or can be sprayed with an atomiser. Entire operation occurs in leak proof manner with most simplicity and ease of operation.
Dual cage in single machine
We offer multiple rotating drums fitted in single machine. So, one machine can mix variety of powders same time. This brings advantage of ability to mix two different powder in single machine same time. We can offer machine with more than 2 such rotating barrels as per customer need.
