NANO-COMPOSITE POWDER BLENDING

Nano additives such as graphene nanoplatelets (GNP), nano-rare earth additives etc., can be successfully be blending and uniformly dispersed in the micron sized powders. Following are some of the results showing uniform blending of some nano-composite powders used for thermal spray coating applications.

Thus, the challenging requirements of higher end mixing needed for mobile batteries and solar batteries can be met using the Alphie mixer.
