Foam production from aluminium powder and others

The 3D shaker mixer Alphie has proven itself in the mixing of pure Al powder and pre alloyed such powders. Reinforcing elements and SiC along with TiH2 as foaming agent may be added as well to to such powders. The homogeneous mixture formed after mixing – in a separate removable container – is then compacted, sintered and converted into foam.
